Emerald Martini
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/8 oz Green Chartreuse
Twist of Lemon peel

Stir with cracked ice in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and float the zest on top.

might I offer a game? play "bottoms up"! every time dave says "bottoms up" do a shot. you'll need to have the shots ready before you start the song, it does get "fun" towards the end. keep playing the song until someone quits, pukes etc.
