Ugh, that was me last week. Freakin' humidity was almost 100%. Have you ever worn glasses and had them fog up just standing there cuz of the weather? *sniff*

Now I was checking out that 15 day forcast on accuweather and they say we're going to get to 101 on the 17th and down to 84 in the evening. F'in A!

Are you kidding me? I switched to contact lenses, what does that tell you? I only use glasses indoors these days. That's how bad it was.

Unfortunately for me, the temperature around here is going nowhere but up... Oh, how I dread that forsaken August...

Well, I do both know and use a medicine that's been in my family for years if I have a cold or something.

It's called a "Hot Toddy" and it's made with bourbon, hot water, lemon juice and honey. It works.

However, I've just had an extremely sour stomach for two days. Hasn't kept me down for the count, I mean I've still gone to work. I just feel oogie. lol.

The lemon and honey are only there to add flavour and the hot water to both warm it up and make it weaker. Still, it's an interesting mixture... I might try it sometime.
