And The Cradle Will Rock
And The Cradle, The Cradle Will Rock
And I say Rock On!
I remember this song being played at the DLR concert 12/28/03
That show kicked ass!
Who else was there?
I remember when I was 17 my best friend had a boyfriend that was older than us and he used to hang at a local bar called Frank's Tavern. We used to go in there so she could hang with him and I'd play the Pac-Man arcade game(I kicked ass on that game!!), and sink quarters in the jukebox playing ATCWR every chance I got.....They all got me drunk on my 18th birthday even though the legal drinking age had changed to 21 just a few months earlier...This song will always make me stop and close my eyes and remember ..and then I smile.

I haven't seen Jr.'s grades for about 2 days. Maybe I should see em. (start playing ATCWR)
And I say rock on!
..k'on...k'on....
Great story, Yankee Rose. I have a ATCWR story too. I was in HS, and there was this really troubled kid. He had been thrown out of school, arrested, there were rumors that he had raped someone, blah, blah blah. I thought he was hotter than hell. LOL. He was one of the only black kids in a very white town. Anyway, I was in school looking out the window and I saw him cutting across the football field of the school. The teacher had stepped out of the class room and I went for it. Bolted out of school ran up to him and realized that I didn't know what to say. He had his boom box on his shoulder, guess what was playing??? All I said was "Great song!"Originally posted by YankeeRose
