Dudes...if you happen to drop a seventy-five pound box of weights on the instep of your left foot, then several hours later (while sitting on the shitter) decide to apply ICY HOT GEL to said foot with your right hand:

DO NOT (by accident or on purpose) handle your genitalia with the same hand.

Me and uh...the "lower" craig went for a rocket ride 20 minutes ago that NEITHER one of us will soon forget.
