People get this stuff back when it was new and they hoard it for years and years, and then finally it gets released I guess when the person is tired of hoarding it.

Now how they get access to it in the first place I don't know. It was probably stolen by someone who had an "in" with the band.

Perhaps the video company that was hired had it in there for years. It's obviously editing room junk.
