If you've got the file saved on your pc, then go to www.audiostreet.net and you can create a free account on which you can upload up to three songs that can then be listened to and downloaded by anyone. You have to come up with a band name/info, but you can just put your band name as anything and for info just write something about yourself. then you will be able to give anyone you like the link directly to your songs, like www.audiostreet.net/downsize would be for my band. Give it a try.
