At the ROGAN BOARD, you don't get the privilege of an avatar or the use of the PM function until after 30 days and 100 posts. I like that idea, but maybe make it 50 posts an a couple of weeks. Oh yeah, you have to post porn within your first 10 posts also, or they ignore you, supposedly.

LOUNGEMACHINE is correct, NEWBIES should be prevented from posting for the first two or three days. Then they should have some sub-human status (no avatar or PM capability) for the first 30 days/100 posts.

I also think we need a new rating system that is based on actual posting merit, where the rater must make comments (like the ROGAN BOARD has) rather than the five-star popularity cuntest we currently have. And newbies (with less than 100 posts) should be prevented from rating anybody.
