    Interesting reading...

    Now being Australian and one to enjoy a beer, I found it pleasing to see Coopers Sparkling Ale at the top of the list. For those that don't know, the brewery is located in South Australia. Sensational beer.

      I don't know if it's a "specialist" beer, but Steam Whistle is brewed at a microbrewery in Toronto, Canada, and I really like it.
      "What we've been doing, which is great and certainly cost saving, is I train in the sand pit in McDonald's. I do a few laps. I go through the tunnel a few times. The kids don't mind if I smoke. Plus, when I'm done, lunch is right there."- DLR 2003

          I think "specialist" is just a marketing term... I don't think I would put Coopers in a "specialist" category either, just a smaller brewery compared to the main players.
