Lohan going to jail for 90 days!

She is a drunk driver. She avoided jail by agreeing to do certain things. She did not do those things......over & over & over.


Here's why so many people are "happy" about her doing time.

She spits in the face of the very same laws & authorities we have to follow. Had any of us done the same things this girl has done, we would have done time long ago. But because she is a celebrity, we cut her slack. And she takes it and pisses on it. So we cut her even more slack. And she takes it & pisses on it. Over & over again. Even now she will only do about 20 days of a 90 day sentence. Why would anyone feel sorry for her?

To the people who "feel sympathy" for Lindsay. Do you honestly think this girl has ever felt sympathy for anyone else other than her poor self? You think sh has ever shed a real tear for anyone other than Lindsay? Fuck her. Let hr do her 20 days. Hopefully she will finally realize that actions have consequences (albeit light ones), and will stop and think twice the next time she wants to tell everyone to fuck off and gets behind the wheel of a car drunk.

She has far surpassed her second chance by about 10x's.

Why do people always assume there's only two standings? Just because I don't irrationally hate her doesn't mean I'm defending her.

What astounds me is the hatred people have for other people whom they've never even met. The way some people gloated at this, you'd think it's the highlight of their lives. Probably is & that's sad.

Being giddily happy just because someone you've never met is going to jail is no way to go through life, son.

The thing is, I have nothing against ace either. What bothers me (and apparently several others) was his deal at the Dio ceremony. Turning up with a child's devil-mask on his head was about as appropriate as showing up at Bob Marley's funeral in black-face. Lindsay Lohan will be headed to prison for 90 days starting on July 20 for violating her DUI probation. According to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, since she is a non-violent female, she will most likely end up serving 25 percent of her sentence, which adds up to around 22 days. It won't be the actress' first trip to jail though. In November 2007, LiLo spent 84 minutes behind bars for a drunken driving and cocaine-possession conviction.
