Dave was supposed to be recording with Van Halen, but that didn't sound like Ed & Al.
Guess it's always possible that they recorded enough material in the Diamond Dave sessions a decade ago to make two albums. Though I probably would have went with "Mustang Sally" over some of the others that actually made the cut on that record.

That front hall of Dave's reminds me of when my roomates in college had the bright idea to paint the walls of our apartment black. It looked cool with the tropical artwork of blue oceans, palms, and sand hung on them. The landlord allowed the change on the condition the walls would be repainted back to normal when we left. Whoever was last on the lease must have had fun trying to paint over the black.

Dave just returned from Japan last month... once settled back in he got his camera guy and started goofing around the house due to boredom. They sent the raw stuff off to Shelly and she's produced another masterpiece.
When are y'all gonna learn there's really nothin mystical and magical going on... just a bored/hyperactive Rock Star filling time while the Van Lazies jack-off at home...
