THIS is the recording that eventually made it's way in edited form to be the CD FEAR Live.....For The Record....a fantastic ass-kicker of a CD. THIS is what I think of when I think of Fear.
A great fucking performance, and, being recorded with a 24-track mobile truck....great sound quality.

Some real political correctness with the track "Bomb The Russians", lol.

I'm not really sure about the Date. Lee's Liner Notes say that it's 1986 but
in Fact Lee & Philo are talking much about this Christmas Time here and There.

Anyway it's the complete Set in the correct Running Order, it's FM sourced,
the Sound is nearly excellent and it's about an Hour long !

It is not recording software.

It is an archive program that compresses wav viles with no loss in quality. Good for uploading, downloading. A normal wave file is pretty big.....a normal CD can handle 700 Mb of data...and 10 songs can easily fill that disc up.

FLAC compresses the files drastically.

So FLAC can be used to share wav files......meaning, no loss in quality. That is what the true audiophiles use. Lou can tell you. Lou knows everything about FLAC. How mp3s ruined life on Earth for all humanity. And how you fucking suck rancid dead dog penises if you dare to even think about playing an mp3. Right Lou?

Yes it is. You can download crap like Exact Audio Copy which basically takes a WAV. file and compresses down to a FLAC. I tried this a bit and found there may be more in the way of low-end with FLAC but it's rally no better than 320k mp3 file. FLAC is really a gimmick.

Actually just the opposite is true. I-tunes won't even play a FLAC file, nor will any of the portable Apple devices (without third party help, of course) But the corporatists in Cupertino would prefer that you buy ALAC instead, which is Apple's own lossless compression codec.

FLAC is merely for preserving lossless quality in terms of burning CD's for me, I also use Apple Lossless. When I listen to an iPud, I could give a shit about lossless quality so much. But through a set of speakers, there is a bit of a difference. Again, I don't always care and it depends on mood. But I'm not listening to Dark Side of the Moon in 320bps, hippy!
