I hear ya. One minute, the guy is wearing bicycle shorts (Yeah, THAT is a good look ) and a Charlie Manson shirt, then suddenly he's Sir Elton. Then he appropriates the band's name and sits on it for a decade or so to ultimately release an album you could find in the "1.99-5.99" bin a week later upon it's release.

At least bassist Tommy Stinson had endured enough by now and, with a rare display of common sense, hooked up with Paul Westerberg to form a Replacements reunion. For which should all be eternally grateful.

I'll tell you two bands who are fuckin' overplayed and overrated. Boston & Foreigner! Mainly because the local rock station plays them on a constant fucking basis. Now you know why I have SiriusXM, along with being able to avoid Nickelback.

Boston & Foreigner were both good for their first three albums. And they both should have pulled the plug after that.

The bands using those names today are both complete frauds.
