If you want the truth on Powell's war crimes (which there are many) such Powell's unchecked military aggression in the four decades of his career. I did not know this until today that Powell replaced corrupt Ollie North after the exposure of the secret arms sales to Iran to finance the illegal arming of the Nicaraguan Contras or his whitewashing" the atrocities of Mỹ Lai massacre.
