Figure I'd post some of my stuff here. I don't know anyone into VH (or hard rock for that matter), so my stuff never gets any love. I recorded these songs in college with Cool Edit Pro back in the early 2000's. I'm primarily a singer, but I never got around to putting vocals to these demos despite having completed some. I also didn't get around to the lead guitars, but there are some. I didn't have a drummer so I have to loop a crappy casio keyboard drums. All were recorded with my purple (now yellow) EVH Musicman.

Rebuilding my Pro Tools rig next week...getting excited! Staying PC-based (I'm on PCs all day at the office, kinda weird trying to switch over when I get home, having now goofed around with a Mac a bit), went with an i7 CPU and 8gb's of RAM to start...I'm going to get it running again with the old system's C drive so I can back up some program files, then shortly thereafter will be pulling that in favor of a new 1TB HD and Win7, at which point I can do the PT9 cross-grade as well as upgrade to the stereo stand-alone plug-in version of Recabinet. Also interested to finally get to record the new Bomber Charvel, it sounds amazing in the room but I'm curious to see if it records equally well...will post some wankage once the system's back up!
Here is a clip of my old band Midline from about 5 years ago somebody filmed, I think we were opening up for Buck Cherry.
Killer grooves Sniper...Band is tight.....diggin' it.
Reaper! Fuck protools!
I know. Still the industry standard so I understand. I guess I am just a Reaper fanboi what can I say, lol.
Here is my current band. Karin Comes Killing

Very cool yall. There has always been a lot of talent around here. Here is the promo vid for the 80's Europop band I'm in.
The Roth Army is a broad church...
Thank you. It's not for everybody but the kids love it.
Right on. It is not a requirement that anyone have a valid reason to play......just doing it without even caring why is perfectly acceptable.
My 13 y/o step kid just made this vid with my bands music. ....This really cracked me up. She did a good job and it is funny.
Hello to everyone on the RothArmy forums again!
Just uploaded a cover of "She's the Woman" to my Youtube account if anyone wants to check it out! The guitars and bass are recorded by my brother and the video and audio is done by me. Guitars and bass aren't quite fully precise but hey, it's a drum cover so we didn't bother getting that part exactly perfect. Anyway check it out and tell me what you think of it.

Thanks, Josh
Pretty damn good, but wrong forum...
Yeah!! Nice work!
My guitar player Merlin shredding a solo. Just found this on You Tube. From our gig last week.
Oh yeah, this happen that night too. I forgot about this. Ha!! This was a first.
My drummer Richie slamming that kit at a Karin Comes Killing show last summer in the mountains somewhere.

Question to you guys in bands that have actually recorded a cd.....
Do you roll around town listening to your own albums? I've always wondered about the famous rock bands and if they are cruising around listening to their own shit. And if you do, is it to groove to it or pick it apart and analyze?
“Great losses often bring only a numb shock. To truly plunge a victim into misery, you must overwhelm him with many small sufferings.”
Every time I hear one of our old tunes or dust off some of the old cd's I think who the fuck is that , I can't remember how I came up with the songs and the few I did lyrics for stump me as to what frame of mind I was in when I wrote them .. I couldn't analyse them as it seems like someone else
fuck your fucking framing
that's part of it mate; you must own what you were then, because it's a big part of what you are now.
Hey ash , Cool way of putting it
I only do when I am in the studio for the drive home to hear the work so far. Otherwise I don't. ...However I did go on a long road trip a couple months ago and I did listen to all of the cd's my old band Midline made. But yeah, I have a hard time and I do like you said and pick it apart and can't enjoy it much unless it was done a looong time ago then I can actually hear it like I was not in the band.

Hey guys, thought I'd upload some of my solo stuff I've been working on. I take a lot of inspirations, Dave is a big inspiration for my singing, not that I sound anything like him, but he's just someone I look up to.

A cover of big trouble that me and a mate did, vocals arent much good I know that, I had the lurgy, but it was still damn good fun! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WC0OMcl9vk - I wouldnt mind going back and re-recording the lyrics to be honest, kinda rushed job but hope you can appreciate it.
