....it was simply because 'they couldn't stand the heat' from such prime, shining examples of our American educational system....such as yourself. You're just too smart for your own good, so smart in fact, that you and other members of the 'intelligence elite' indirectly caused the creation of another Roth/Van Halen site in which folks who may not be quite as wise and insightful as you obviously are, discuss the band, the music, and life in general.
The site no longer appears to be in existence, so I'll venture a guess and say they may come back here. If and when they do, I can only hope that you'll put on your kid gloves and show a little mercy, for they are no match for your ever-present razor-sharp wit. Afterall....you're just so smart! You really really are!
