Hell I was surprised to see Lindsey Graham stand up for Judge Kavanaugh. Course I wasn't really sure if Lindsey Graham was standing.

The whole damn thing has been spineless for years. Sen. Reid had the opportunity to make BHO bigger than Lincoln or Washington. Reid squandered it on rules, rules, and more rules. Even McConnell warned Reid not to do that because nobody would understand or accept the follow-up to decisions made after that time.

For any idiot from the United States Congress and happens to be peeking onto the site for a laugh, turn your budgets in on time, run each body of Congress like it's going to be the last, and believe it or not most of us have walked a mile in your shoes; it's only when you guys get up to Washington that we can afford those shoes anymore.

Oh sure, the tiniest remote possibility exists... but there's far more probability he won't or can't be impeached.

First you have to establish guilt of a real impeachable offence... not made up shit. Then you also have to produce a simple majority in the House in the mid-terms to enable a vote of impeachment. plus convince enough house members to vote in favor of impeachment. Then the final hurdle... removal from office would require a super majority of 2/3rds vote in the Senate...

I think you have far better odds of Kavanaugh getting struck by lightning, you winning the lottery and getting laid on the same day, before he'll ever get impeached. But hey... there's a possibility...

Yep, the House of Representatives vote passed 2 of 4 impeachment charges against Clinton. In the Senate hearing to remove him from office he was acquitted with only 50 senators voting to remove Clinton on the obstruction of justice charge and 45 voted to remove him on the perjury charge. 67 votes were required to remove him and Republicans held a 55 seat advantage in the Senate.

If you weigh the evidence between what Clinton actually did and lied/obstructed with the Kavanaugh circus allegations... I don't believe there's enough there to impeach even if the Senate majority flips.

Susanna Maria Feldman: Iraqi murder suspect returned to Germany

An Iraqi man who reportedly confessed to raping and killing a German teenage girl has been deported back to Germany. Ali Bashar, a failed asylum seeker aged 20, disappeared after Susanna Maria Feldman, 14, was found strangled near the city of Wiesbaden last month. He was detained on Friday in Iraqi Kurdistan and police there say he confessed to the crime.

Susanna's body was found in a wooded area near a centre for asylum seekers where Mr Bashar and his family lived.

She had been strangled and sexually assaulted.

Mollie Tibbetts murder: Suspect 'forgot dead jogger in car'

A Mexican immigrant accused of murdering Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts claims to have no memory of her death.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, confessed to following the 20-year-old during her evening run five weeks ago. He said he "got mad" when she threatened to call 911, but cannot recall what happened next, police say. President Donald Trump has blamed US immigration laws for Ms Tibbetts' death, but the accused's lawyer said his client was in the US legally.
