    Van Heineken To Play Turner Field Atlanta Oct. 7

    Atlanta-based, classic Van Halen tribute band Van Heineken will be playing Turner Field in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, October 7th. This is a post-season playoff game.

    The band will go on immediately following the game and will be performing in Turner Field's Fan Plaza. Some 46,000 fans are expected to attend. If a fraction of these fans stick around to catch the band, that means Van Heineken will be playing to more people than Van Hagar did at its recent stand at Philips Arena in Atlanta!

    If you're a local baseball/Van Halen fan, come out and show your support for the Braves and the wackiest, rocking Van Halen tribute around, Van Heineken!

                  I remember Michael Anthony making snide comments about the Atomic Punks and Roth hiring Bart Walsh. You damn well know Mikey who can't think for himself was just copying what Alex and Eddie were saying. I can't think of anything that would infuriate Alex Van Halen more than to have a VH tribute band play to a bigger crowd than Van Hagar.

                  After seeing the latest added shows for Van Hagar, Sammy and company are going to be playing the chicken screw circuit soon. I'm not even sure Van Hagar could get 50,000 people at a show even if they offered free beer.
