| Guys, I have been a fan since the first album came out. Your music has been there for me throughout the years, and it's almost like I feel I know you personally. That is why it pains me to see you guys fighting and not getting along. If for no other reason than peace of mind, you should stop this pointless bickering and put it behind you. Go to counseling or whatever you have to do, but it just isn't worth all of the hassel. One other thing, you guys have a legacy with each other, and if you choose to play with other singers/musicians, then they will always be compared to the original Van Halen. Ed, Mike, and Al, no matter who the "throat" is, he is always going to be compared to Dave. Personally I would hate to be in those shoes! Dave, no matter who you have in your band, they aren't going to live up to Al, Mike, and Ed. Get it together guys, your fans are waiting. | ||||

| I agree 120%. Please forget all that was in the past,the past is gone. Look forward and realize that we your fans have stayed with the band thru the many changes in the past 15 years. But nobody can argue that the best lineup,it's the original lineup. And this go to Edward directly..In many interviews you have pointed out that you don't want the band to become a "nostalgia", ...Well don't be. Create new music, that's all we want. Dave on the other hand, have said many time that he would work with the band again.. and hell..why not! If we the fans can forgive and forget, why can't any of you. Move on, we would love to see the band in full glory onstage kicking ass, just like in the 80's. Time may change but good music never, ever die. Remenber that.
