    Congrats to Roth-Halen!

    Alberto "Roth-Halen" Cruz, guitarist of Atlanta-based classic Van Halen tribute band Van Heineken, just won the Metal Messiah contest on WNNX FM (99X) in Atlanta. He went head to head against another player in a shredding duel, and won three out of four votes from listeners. And he wrapped up his 30-second solo with the intro to "Mean Street." He won studio time and a trip to Camp Jam. Congrats!
