View Full Version : Celebrity Death Pool - 10/6/04

FORD

For those of you who have been in a coma, celebrity deaths always happen in sets of three.

This week has already seen the passing of Janet Leigh ("Psycho") and Rodney Dangerfield ("No Respect, I tell ya...")

Who is gonna be the unlucky number #3 this week?

For some reason, I'm getting the vibes that former President Jerry Ford (no relation) is about to make the big trip (sorry) into the Hereafter.

Your guesses?

The pope (safe guess)

Courtney Love (wishful thinking)

Nah, I think JP's gonna hang around just to see that Junior's not elected.

I'll agree with the "wishful thinking" part though. (But it's almost unfair to wish that on Satan)

Are there any Ramones left?

Now that's a good choice... Original drummer Tommy Ramone is still around, as is Marky Ramone, who joined for the 4th album, and is now hanging out with Jerry Only's fake Misfits, which is a hazard to anyone's health.

And there's CJ the replacement bass player, but he probably wasn't in the band long enough to be worried.

I'm gonna go with either Johnny Carson or Carson Daly.

Mezro...fuck...throw Bob Barker into the mix as well...come on down...

well, actually, for us here in NY, we already had our pool completed. Scot Muni died. He was a legend here, and I'm not too sure how well known he was in other areas.

My guess is for Dr. Phil, in agony, after a long, slow, drawn out death caused by a shotgun blast to the stomach performed by one of the pissed-off husbands whose wife he turned crazy. I guess this is more wishful thinking than anything else.

Cher would be cool too.

My 5 guesses?

1 - Queen Elizabeth (what is she, 400 now?)
2 - Scott Weiland (drugs)
3 - Courtney Love (drugs)
4 - Dick Cheney (heart)
5 - Ozzy Osbourne (the man has no business being alive...God's gotta get caught up on his to-do list pretty soon...)

Dad's "to do list" is proceeding right on schedule. Only problem is that He's the only one who knoweth the schedule.

My bet is on either Larry King or some of the reporters on 60 minutes. They are all way past retirement age!!!

What, he doesn't let you at least take a peep?

After seeing Mel Gibson's movie on you, I'd have figured he'd at least have given you some kickback for all that...ugly way you had to go, bud, but thanks for picking up the check for the rest of us.

Didn't he die a while back, or do I have to put down the crack pipe?

I'm sorry, I was under the impression that Richard Pryor had been gone for a few years now.
