Bush is up by 135,000 in Ohio and there are 140,000 provisional ballots. By my count he would need to win 135,000 out of 140,000 to TIE. It's not happening.Comment

As a ardent and unrepentant Kerry/Edwards supporter, I think it is time they concede.
Bush won the popular vote anyway you slice it. I hate it, but Dubya' pulled it out.
