In states where 70% were Democrat and 30%Republican, the votes came out the opposite (ie 70% of that state voted Repulican instead, according to the computers that scanned the ballots). This only happened in the states which used optically scanned ballots, and on a TV show, it was shown how simple it was for anyone to hack into the system and change the numbers around.
Also, in Ohio (a major deciding factor in the result of the election, I guess you could say) the republican who was organising the polling booths only supplied 3 instead of the normal six, to the area where most of the voters were black, and obviously were going to vote Kerry. This meant that people had to wait in the rain for twice as long, decreasing the chances of them bothering to vote at all.
LOW DOWN TACTICS! Kerry conceded, nothing we can do about this election. But hopefully, Howard Dean will remember this when his times comes in 2008.
