Maiden`s Dickinson injured in stage fall in LA

Iron maiden singer Bruce Dickinso reportedly fell head first from one of the bands higher stage platforms next to Nicko McBrain`s drum kit during Maiden`s performance at the Universal Amphitheatre in LA on Saturday (Jan. 31). "He seemed groggy for a minute, lying on his back then rocking back and forth in pain, but as Janick Gers and some of the crew began to notice, he got back up in time to sing the verse "As the guard`s march..." of "Hallowed be thy name"" according to a fan posting at Maidenfans.com.

"After the end of the song, the band huddled and talked about it, since they hadn`t seen it happen.
Steve Harris looked on in disbelief while Bruce pointed out where he slipped. Understandably, Bruce moved slower for the rest of the show"

"He even said he wanted to get some X-rays after the show."

"Later on, he want off stage to see asecurity person who was pouring water on stage, telling him that he had already sliiped once and didn`t want to do it again".
