I need some new real good, feel good music!

Not party music.... feel good music!

And please, no best ofs.... I need some NEW music to make me feel good.

Has anyone heard Collecitve Soul's new album?

Radiohead: OK Computer
Bob Dylan: Blood on the tracks
Jeff Buckley: Grace

These were all 'feel good albums of the year' when they were released.

Hope this helps.

The Donnas have a new record out. "Gold Medal" I think?

I've only heard one song and it's exactly what you'd expect.

I've heard it's their best effort yet.

"Turn 21" was very good if you like this type of rawk.

Excellent band live, and definetely "feel good", catchy pop-riot grrl type shit.

Heavy Les Paul goin' on right there....

;) No problem... and thanks for your suggestion, but the NEW is very important here. I want some music without attachements. Know what I mean? :D

Thank you all for your input. I will be checking out samples of all of them.

Classical Music usually does the trick for me.

Holst or Strauss.

"I get Wet" by Andrew W.K. It's the happiest thrash music I've ever heard.

Yeah, Queen is always great music...no matter what the occasion. Especially if you want "feel good" music.

I got a copy of the new Jimmy Eat World last night and it's very good.

A friend saw 'em open up for Velvet Revolver last weekend and bought this thing the next day.

I really didn't know alot about 'em, but these kids KNOW how to play their instruments...

The production on it is incredible.

I was under the impression they were "nu metal"....maybe they are, I don't really know what the fuck qualifies anymore.

Innovative, crunching Gibson geetar sound...solid rhythm sec and unbelievable harmonies.

.....Definetely fits the "feel good" aspect....again, damned impressive guitar sound.

Fucking grate!:rockit2:

For getting into the holiday spirit, I would recommend Trans-Siberian Orchestra!!!

Savatage and Testament guitarists do Christmas w/ full strings, etc. For a sample, KAzzaa or eMule a copy of "Wizards in Winter". Ohhh Yeeaa.

And definately check them out on tour this year. They're coming near you, but many of the shows are sold out!!

I'm checking them out Dec. 22.

Also guitarist Al Pitrelli had a stint in Megadeth.

Silvertide kicks some serious ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makes me damn proud to see a new band with a guitar player that's SOOOOOOOOOO not afraid to call all these wannabees out..... "I Ain't Comin Home" has like 3 solos in it. Nick Perri gave me chills he's so good.

Also, on a too-cool note, StringMaster Mark Wood invented the electric violin. It's a flying-V! :rockit2:

The live show is definately an experience!
