Bad Habits on Diamond Dave

Bad Habits on Diamond Dave kicks major ass. It is my favorite cover that Dave has done other than Just A Gigalo.

However, his singing on certain parts of the song seem to be excessively raspy and detract somewhat from the song. Did anyone else notice this? Do think this was done on purpose?

You like "Bad Habits" and "Just A Gigalo" as your favorite cover tunes that Dave has done?

How about "That's Life", "Ice Cream Man", "Night Life", or "Pretty Woman"?

Just to name a few, those are far better cover songs that Dave has done in his career.
