I`m trying to get the ideal running order so it flows.

I only picked songs that are sung by Axl and left out the cover versions.

No room for "Civil war", unfortunately.

"Civil war" instead of "Get in the ring" still wouldn`t fit.

This ain`t something I`ve taken lightly.

Not a bad list! Missing a few that I'd put in (am i the only person aside from Axl who likes "My World"?), but even a good track order.

switch "Locomotive" for "Civil War", and then make the other needed changes. Just go out and buy them both...they kick ass. It seems like too much of a chore making that, although a good idea.

Seriously, though. People think there's a shitload of filler on the CDs, which is an opinion you might have come across. I think the worst songs are "Live and Let Die" (not that great of a cover...should have left the James Bond version alone), "Garden" (pretty good, but not great), "Garden of Eden" (again good, but nothing spectacular), "Coma" is a good song but I don't know if I'd devote 10-11 minutes to it on that disc you're making, "Locomotive" (great funk metal but I wouldn't stick it on a best of), "My World" (kinda dumb). There isn't much filler at all on Use Your Illusion II except that "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" I don't listen to much because it gets old real fast, but Use Your Illusion I could have had a couple of tracks cut, if need be, as I mentioned.
