Meagan's law made it possible for us to look up our zip codes and see a list of registered sex offenders in our area as well as their offenses. So I look and guess what! The man who lives on the corner of my street is a registerd child molester. He has 3 counts against him, LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS ACTS WITH CHILD UNDER 14 YEARS

I hate it that this guy lives on my street. I talked to the authorities and they say that I can not approach or harrass him. My only option is to move.

Parents do yourself a favor and look at your area. It is definitly better to be informed. But what do you do once you find out? Do we never let our kids outside again?
