Anyone know who the hot women are in Dave's videos. Man, he sure had some real "keepers" in those vids.

And who is that hot babe at the very end of Shoo Bop? I got this dude telling me it is Karen McDougal, and Dave was really into her, but I cannot tell.

His videos are so full of gorgeous babe parades, but unfortunately the ones who will stick in my memory are the ones who clash, like the overweight gal who's stuffing herself with pastry in close-up in the beginning of "California Girls", or the appalling fat customer yelling "Can you help me?!!" to the hilarious "immigrant grocer" in the beginning of "Yankee Rose". Too bad, I just can't forget them.

Then, Pete "Picasso" Angelus's appearance is awesome, like thumbing his nose at censors: the two cheerleaders are complementary, as one shows the upper half of her boobs, and the other shows the lower part of hers. A great gag, along with pretty good girls.

You think the purple shirt collar lapel is wide enough, baaaaawaaaa. They’re so long, that in one video Pete is using one of them to clean his ear out.

Pete was in the press two weeks, as the manager for the upcoming Black Crowes mini reunion Tour.

Dave then had his perfect colleague. Great time vids, cracking full of most-inspired, pure and rejoicing burlesque. Won't forget 'bout it!

As for the Black Crowes, I've got all their records plus the huge tribute to Led Zep with master Jimmy Page (Zeppelin music on stage with THREE guitars!!!). Saw them in a festival in Belgium 10 years ago: great gig. Maybe they're the only revival band who sound genuine. I was disappointed when they broke up, even if I respected their decision. I just hope that this MINI-tour will turn into MAXI!!

To the point - no lie - we'd be on the phone, and if I said "Hey, Gigolo is on MTV, he'd HANG UP RIGHT AWAY.

Ten or so minutes later I'd get a call back.

He's now an extremely near-sighted diagnosed manic-depressive and hasn't worked in years. I only wish I were kidding.

Great post! A hilarious slice of life! These videos still get folks nuts today, as I noticed by showing them through the years until lately.
