Any anime fans?

I'm a big anime fan. My favs have to be Cowboy Bebop (also one of my all time fav programmes) and Outlaw Star.

As far as I'm concerned, anime is the current day dungeons and dragons.

I don't think that DBZ would be kids stuff if it weren't dumbed down by the Cartoon Nerwork censors. I can't say for sure though, because there is alot to it and the DVD's are expensive. I can say for sure that they take a long time to get the point in those shows, but I still like them.

Not the origianl DragonBall with Goku as a kid, though.

I have all 26 episodes of Cowboy Bebop and Trigun, as well as the 26 ep. and movie for Evangelion. I've seen 3 Macross movies and Ninja Scroll, but those first 3 are the best I've seen so far, with Cowboy Bebop definitely being the best in my opinion.

I'd like to get moreanime, but I don't know what might be good ones to get. There's alot of crap out there that are nothing more than poorly animated porn for Audio/Video club geeks that can't get a date with a real woman.

Use to watch "Cowboy Bebop" alot. That is a really awsome Cartoon.

My Girlfriend use to live across the street from me in the city. I use to walk her home at 4:00 in the morning. There were always Crackheads walking around. So I walked her across the street and when I got back in I would watch that. It's on at like 4:30 on Adult Swim.

Really good music for it also. I guess it's been around for years. But I haven't seen it in about year since we moved in together,

It used to show adult anime and martial arts movies on Toonami (or CNX) so I thought I might have had a chance to see Trigun then, but Toonami turned into Cartoon Network shows and Pokemon. Shit basically.

I really want to watch Evangelion, it's supposed to be brilliant.

Metropolis is another really good anime film. I've seen it twice now. Brilliance.

Yeah, Japanese anime always get tampered with in US and UK. I heard that the Japanese version of Yu-Gi-Oh has guns and blood. I've even seen pics of the Japanese Dragonball Z. Lots of blood and guts flying everywhere.

I hope they don't tamper with Naruto, I've really been wanting to see that.
