I just watched the Largo DVD on a 6 foot by 4 foot projector screen in 7.1 surround sound. The lights were down and the basement walls were rumbling.

This is the closest thing I've found to going back in time and being there. What a great time it must have been...such a shame that culture has NOTHING like this left no matter how you slice it- nowhere, no how.

Im going to project Largo on the side of my house this summer and BLAST it until my neighbors ears bleed

Yep, Largo is stellar. I love when they bust into "I'm So Glad" by Cream.

Great show. The latest DVD is excellent quality. I still feel this is, both quality-wise and performance-wise, highly superior to the US FESTIVAL. I always prefer those standard arena shows to the out-of-place super stadiums anyway. The band seem more comfortable on a standard stage. And at least Dave is remotely sober at LARGO.

that's a shame. why not just trade. Bootlegs of Van Halen should be traded with other traders of Van Halen bootleggers. Dave would rather ya give and share your music, not profit from it.
