Vocalist Kelly Hansen Officially The New Voice Of FOREIGNER [Rock Hard - 05.03.29 12:58:28]

MelodicRock.com report that Kelly Hansen is officially the new voice of FOREIGNER.



Kelly will tour with the band on their upcoming live dates, but plans beyond that have not yet been announced.



In light of Kelly's new role in Foreigner, he will no longer be the voice of HEAVEN & EARTH. Kelly will remain involved in Black Star Records and Heaven & Earth guitarist Stuart Smith is now on the hunt for a new vocalist for the band.

I saw them May 1, 1977 just 8 days before I joined the Army. It was their very first tour, and I taped it...they were opening for the Doobie Bros.

Some asslicker in 1979 stole a box out of my car that had all my boots I had recorded.

I hope Satan murders that fucker to death.

I had taped Sammy Hagar (back when he actually could rock a bit) opening for Boston in Seattle (9/15/78), Kiss & Uriah Heep in January of 1977, ZZ Top November of 1976.

All gone.

Oh well.


Here is some trivia....every song on their first album was released as a single, and all 10 of them were hits.
