I think they can see it, but Roth has attorneys to flesh out in writing a handshake deal that's already a done thing in 2000.

Roth was supposed to NOT have an attorney? How does that fuck things up for the Real Van Halen, I don't get it.. that's like saying "I had a real estate deal go bad because the other party insisted on a realtor to make it valid..."

I also think Van Halen can see some contractual provisions enforced on the Van Hagar tour that will leave them shortchanged of their perception to what they really made last year.
