Quincy Carter is the worst starting QB in the league. He improved last year, but he still isn't an NFL caliber player...he makes too many mistakes, too many stupid throws in crucial situations. I couldn't believe it when I heard the other day that the Cowboys were going to stick with Carter and not pursue a good free agent veteran starter! Quincy proved last year that he's not the answer at QB for the Cowboys. What is Parcells thinking?Comment
