Top Notch Albums not everyone knows about?

What are some top notch Led Zep IV, VH 1, Screaming for Vengeance level albums that a big portion of rock fans have never listened to?

Brotherhood by B'z has got to be one of them.

    Anyone know any others?
The name Sammy Hagar conjures up a variety of emotions from music fans--from hate to contempt, from disgust to revulsion.

      Mad Season-Above

Layne Staley, Mike McCready, Barrett Martin, John Baker Saunders.

Side project collaboration of guys from Alice In Chains, Pearljam, and the Screaming Trees.

      Fucking badass.

I highly suggest you all check it out.

From the more extreme point of view, Opeth's "Deliverance" and "Damnation" albums...absolutely legendary, so far as I'm concerned. It's progressive death metal, but let me tell you something, ANYBODY can listen to this and appreciate it. Shit, all my wife can stomach is bitch rock (Alanis, Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow, et al), and even SHE couldn't find anything really bad to say about them...which is AMAZING, trust me...

BTW, Brotherhood has Billy Sheehan playing on a lot of the tracks.

                        Diamond Head "The white album".

The best heavy metal album EVER IMO.

The album that influenced metallica, although they have never come anywhere close to matching its power.

The riffs of Sabbath mixed with the dynamics of Zeppelin but all original.

Buy it today and wonder how you got by so long without it.

This 1994 album is a must IMO.
