What would you say is the best website-maker and forum-maker on the net?

I mean sites like:

yeah, but I don't know how to type PHP coding. I don't know anything about HTML either

Invision free is used quite a lot by people I know. I use www.proboards.com for forums, personally I think they're better than invision. Ummm Geocities is ok, only thing is they have bandwith limits that get hit quickly, and then the sites down for an hour or so. If you don't know anything about site making, try www.freewebs.com . They have everything laid out, all you need to do is add the content, which is simple enough.
