also got to throw in "stuck inside of Mobile With the Memphis blues again" and "tweeter and the monkey man"

my list should be of no surprise to anyone since i've already posted the lyrics to these in the "infamous lyrics thread"

Guess it's just me, but I never really dug the whole "Dylan" vibe. However, I will admit to hearing "Lay Lady Lay" a few times and didn't mind that tune.

One thing's certain. His longetivity is undeniable.

I like these...in order.

"Gobba Serb Sum Boti"

"Angle Upin' Booze"

"Timez 'R' Chain Gin"

"Al Long DeWat Shower"

That mutherfucker sounds like he has a mouth full of marbles or he's on a mezcal/LSD binge.

He can write a mean song, but ANYBODY and I do mean ANYBODY can do it better than him!

I agree w/ Not Dark Yet ...one of my top five.

Fav Dylan cover ever, even more than Hendrix, is Highway 61 by Johnny Winter on the Captured Live album. And I don't think its even available on CD.

I honestly can't stand this guy. Sorry, just being honest. This dude for me is in the same vein as Tom Petty. Just the whiney kinda voice I just don't dig.

I've only just started liking Dylan in the last year or so. My mom went to college with him so I grew up hating him (in my family we always root against the local boy). Got into him through Springsteen, though.

So, my top 5

In My Time of Dyin
Mississippi
Times They Are A Changing
Shelter From The Storm
See That My Grave Is Kept Clean

I know, two covers, but hey....
