Every year on the first Sunday in June, they block off about a mile of this road.
They have food booths, bands playing outdoors...plenty of drunken whores...
You just walk the streets all boozed up.
Something like a million people from the course of noon til 5.
It aint that great, but theres plenty of tail, and who doesnt like getting fucked up in the hot sun?
