Oh, here it is:

A hard and bumpy life came to an end Saturday morning. Chloe Jones was reported dead at the age of 29, two weeks short of her 30th birthday. Jones is survived by three children, an 8-year-old girl and 7-year-old twin boys, and her husband.

As what could be read between the lines above, Jones had a lot of trouble in her life. It's no secret that Chloe had a long history of illness, including epilepsy. She was on a lot of prescribed medication, which caused her problems. She had kidney and liver problems, which contributed to her getting weak, and spend time in the hospital. The reason for her death is said to be liver failure. She died in her home town Houston, Texas. Her real name is Melinda Taylor.
