29.6 million is what Forbes estimates Van Hagar pulled in during 04'. Not a bad take....and also a huge amount of that number is the size of the bag CC was left holding for gigs (Sellouts, ha ha...) like "Fargo, ND"....

LMFAO!!!
*sigh*
What sucks is tour costs have increased drastically in the past couple of years simply due to the price of fucking GAS.
Then the ticket buyer has to shell out big bux....and if it is something like Van Hagar, they will feel totally ripped off.
I know if I paid 100 bucks a ticket (including service fees, surcharges and tax) I would want to see a band get up there onstage and jump through hoops of fire while pulling monkeys out their butt....
Oh well.
I am glad Van Hagar fucked over all those promoters... that pretty much guarantees that we will not see or hear Van Hagar again in the immediate future.....and anything that prevents those stoopid fucks from touring wif Spambo again is a good thing....Last edited by Hardrock69; 06-18-2005, 01:09 AM. -

Errr so I guess what I'm saying is that I would pay
Valerie $100.00 for a blow job....

Read that VH was guaranteed somewhere around 500 to 750k per show.
60 shows equals 30 mill.
Far as those promoters who got screwed over when ticket sales went soft, serves 'em right for lining up with Van Hagar anyway!
