Do you have a "Pick" Monster ??

Ok, Im pretty sure this beast is related to the dreaded "Sock Monster".
But ever noticed how somedays you can never find a pick when you
need one... You can turn the fucking house upside down, not one
fucking single pick... Then on another day suddenly, seemingly
from nowhere the fuckers are everywhere...

I think I have around 70 picks in my house... Im not buying extras
or taking any outside the house..

Where the fuck do they go ???

For the record I can see 3 of the fuckers as I type this, yet
2 days ago, in this very same place, I couldnt find one if my life
depended on it...

Am I the only one effected by this pick dilemma ???

No you are not the only one.
I think the little buggers have legs that become active when it's dark.

I use the tortex picks that have the turtle grinnin' at ya.

I think it's a clue. :)

yep. my room's a mess and its hard to find anything around here, leave alone picks.

so i just stopped using picks.

I used the red ones for a long time but switched to orange after using heavier strings.

I used to just keep a pick inside the body of my acoustic. . .ya it was a bitch to get out when I needed it, but at least I knew where to find it.

Now I just keep a few of the purple Jimmy Dunlops laying around. . .maybe five or six of them so I can usually find at least one if I need it.

I bought this Transparent Pick a few years ago, i lose it for a few days, then or some wierd reason it'll just reappear again. Even though it's almost impossible to find.
