Um..............o.........kay(?)

So the thesis of your thread is that not purchasing the CVH remasters on CD makes you more of a Van Halen fan than those who did?

I bought the CVH remasters, as well as BOV1 and the BOV1 vid in order to get the two 1996 CVH tracks and the CVH vids. Would have preferred not to have paid any dough for a bunch of Van Hagar shit I didn't want in order to get to the CVH material, but that's the way it goes.

Far as a future Van Halen box set, can't say I'm gonna be into shelling out any more money if the hypothetical box set and accompanying DVD if the CVH stuff isn't able to be purchased apart from all the Van Hagar crap. There would have to be some pretty phenominal CVH stuff on it that I don't already have on bootleg form, or a lot restored CVH live footage (my VHS boots are getting pretty worn) to make it worth my while. Like, when I think of BOV1, I basically paid $30 for two songs and 3 vids, and the rest I don't bother with. Not exactly in the poor house, but why piss the money away?

I wonder.............. it would be nice if Roth & Van got together and put out a box
set Vids & Audio CVH only.
As a preview of whats to come in a tour.

That would break the ICE nicely.

Dude, go to some record shows and invest in some mint LP's. Nothing sounds better than vinyl....reel-to-reel enthusiasts will argue, but those motherfuckers got buku deneiro.

Go to JR dot com and buy a new turntable....one you can replace the cartridges in!

What was the problem again?

Classic Troll, your first post was somewhat legible, but you got worse and worse throughout the thread. Maybe you just have some degenerative disease. Making you more and more progressively retarded. Do you work removing asbestos or something?

You're an idiot for not purchasing the remasters...

They are some of the few remasters that actually show an improvement...

Walmart has them...

You just missed out on a bargain though...

When the 2007 tour was announced, Walmart apparently purchased tons of Van Halen CD's. The racks around here were full. I found the same thing in Miami...

So when the tour news fizzled out, the price on all six of the Van Halen CD's went to $7.50. I bought a few as gifts for some of the younger rockers at church...

But today, I noticed the price is back up to $11.88 (still cheeper than walmart's average CD price) with a 2007 R&R HOF sticker on them and the old price sticker covered up...

For real, though. Go purchase the remasters...
