On MTV2, they were asking artists who they would have in their 'Fantasy Festival'. Dave Grohl, 'I would have Van Halen...circa 1981'. Then Taylor Hawkins said, 'yeah, I loved them then.'

I gotta hand it to Dave Grohl...he is single-handedly creating serious interest in the music biz in the REAL music that no longer is being released by current bands.

Agreed, Dave is a great musician as well. I mean Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters, (not to mention Drums in Tenacious D)!

Their new album is a great listen!
