DLR on tour last June

Has anyone met dave recently on tour? I was wondering what the vibe in the room was backstage. Was dave cool to hang with and was he sincerely nice to his fans? I saw him in Tucson in July and it was a great show. As soon as Alice Cooper came onstage, I left the concert, the security guard was like"your are leaving?" WTF?? Ha. Dave Rocks
