I watched some footage on The Stones this morning. The news stations were all over the opening of the tour. What amazes me is how good they sounded. These guys are in their 60s. Yeah, Keith Richards is the poster boy for substance abuse, but he stills pulls these tours off without a hitch. Jaggers vocals were firing on all cylinders. They are embarking on a 30 city tour. The VH brothers, who are in their early 50s are pathetic compared to these guys.
There really is no excuse why VH could not be out there with Dave giving the fans a great tour. It pisses me off when fans say DLR and VH are over the hill and the Stones, in their 60's are still selling out stadiums.
