September 18 i'm moving with my little boy and my wife to Nebraska.We're ready to open my little restaurant.I'm a chef after all!

Yes it's going to be a french restaurant but nothing very expensive i want every meals to be very typical from some parts of France but with low prices.I've got my menu ready and i know that it's possible!

Because my best friends live in Nebraska and we're planing to open the business together!

i've been ther once, and it's a weird place... lots and lots of corn... in everything, everywhere...

so would will really live the FRANCE DREAM to be a real cow-boy and chain smoke marlboro..eat steak and eggs for breakfast...

Yes the tartiflette is on the menu my friend,the cassoulet and some other classic recipes from our french region!
so if you come over make a stop!
