Yeah that sucked. What year was that again that that happened? I didn't see it list the year in the article...

I'm not sure what would be more embarrasing than dying at a great white concert.... maybe in a gay bathhouse fire, but beyond that, who knows...

They were actually a pretty solid live act. I saw them, like, 3 weeks before that happened.

I'm actually quite glad they didn't kill me.

Remember Great White

Who? No I don't remember Great White.

Why waste my mental bandwidth trying to remember some lame pop-rock band ?

Once in early the early 90'th there were plans for my band to go over
to the US to be their opening act on a couple of shows.

Our guitar players sister married their manager or some shit like that.
There where talk about a tour and a rec, contract. Nothing happend, go figure

You are entitled to your opinion but they are/were definitely NOT
a "pop-rock band." They've recorded many songs of Led Zeppelin
and other songs they've recorded were also same type of "BLUESY
ROCK!"

P.S: A CD titled " GREATE ZEPPELIN: A TRIBUTE TO LED ZEPPELIN" by Great White is pretty good, imo.

I have to agree, they were a pretty solid band with music based on blues rock. Jack Russell (the singer, not the terrier) can still sound more like Robert Plant than Robert Plant.

Sail Away is a cool song from them.

Why waste my mental bandwidth trying to remember some lame pop-rock band ? It's a twisted joke. I think anyone involved should have had some common sense to think, hey, let's blow off fireworks inside the crowded bar, was a BAD idea.

Especially since most of us here on this board are or have been in bands.

Y'know I never used DRY ICE on stage although I was going to call a band DRY ICE once, good name.

Johnny Rotten would have understood the irony.
