Sideshow Bob as Spermy Hagar
Larry the cable guy as the bass player
a shaved ape, with hair styled by Coach Pat Riley, as Alex
Jan Michael Vincent as Ed (first guy I thought of for obvious reasons)

and of course, David Lee Roth played by none other than Jackie Chan (with Ron Jeremy as his stunt double).
