Actually I'm using my EVH signature Phase 90 as a Univibe for Hendrix type stuff. It's doing the job. I really don't even use it for Van Halen stuff but I love it for some freaky psycodelic stuff.

I'll be honest...it does sound fairly good, but not good enough I'm going to plop down over 100 bucks on it. I think you're paying for the paint job more than the actual "bonus mod."

This seat has the standard paint job: have you seen the ones with the red topcoat instead of the black stripes last as seen here?

These seats will definately provide for brownsounds.
