"Blue Moon Swamp" - JOHN FOGERTY: somptuous. His best solo album by far IMO.
OK, old school, but I first thought of Aerosmith's "Nine Lives", which is no industrial cheese, whatever is often said about them here, which is mainly true; it's not "Rocks" for sure but even half of the now "compulsory" ballads kicked ass (IMO) there... Not my fave Aerosmith album of course, but my second fave after...

... Fogerty's "Blue Moon Swamp", full of inspiration. A must, really.

Radiohead without question closely followed by Nick Cave's "Boatman's Call"

RADIOHEAD, hands down. One of the best albums ever made.

I will say JEROME's props to JOHN FOGERTY's BLUE MOON SWAMP are dead-on. That's a great, great album.

Funny, I've been listening to a lot of Prodigy's Fat Of The Land lately. Great driving music.

I'll have to go with that one.

I was never hit by the big OK bug, although my brother and all his university friends were. Used to just put me right the fuck to sleep. And I've always wanted to slap that measly-ass pussy suck of a singer.

What the hell are you doing here? Shouldn't you be busy sucking LOU's cock and bitching about how the Army sucks and Mezro's an asshole?:D

I'd say The Colour And The Shape by Foo Fighters does it for me...

Every song is stella, no filler whatsoever imo!!!

But my favorite is Walking After You... kinda a tear jerking song!!!:cry2: hell most songs of F/F are gloomy, imo...:D

But I don't get why you're here if you hate this place so much.:)

:( You don't respect the SHEEP PEN? Oh no!

THIS IS DISTRESSFUL!! DEGUELLO does not respect the SHEEP PEN!!!:(

...anyway...

There's a big difference between us.

Nobody spends ages over here bitching about the DDLR. In fact, nobody I know over here hates the DDLR. It's a smaller site, a smaller organization. But a good place, with some good mods, good Roth folk (VON, TWONA, FULL BUG, etc.) and some cunts (LOU, you). The point is, we keep ourselves entertained over here. It seems amusing that you and LOU need to spend literally half your time talking about how the Army is shit, the Army is destroying the internet, Rikk is an asshole, Nick is an asshole, MEZRO is the devil, new Coke was better than the original, etc., etc., etc.

That said, PRODIGY is good driving music.

You're getting overexcited there, bud. Take it easy. No one's trying to tear down your precious little playground.

I've probably made a total of 2 or 3 jabs about the Army, all of which I'd stand by and even repeat, although some of 'em might've been unfair as I hadn't visited the place in several months.

Far from "literally half my time" and definitely not enough to get your little 'hole all clenched and puckered-up-angry.

And, yes Prodigy's great for the road, although it can lead to higher risk of speeding tickets. ;)

It really keeps me up at night.

I'm seeing a therapist for it.

I forgot to add LEADFOOT's "Bring it on", a heavy metal, stoner album that I haven't stopped listening to ever since. Great riffs, great composition, great lyrics... This one deserves better consideration IMO.

Well, a little bit. Didn't get far beyond the well-known tracks. And when I actually saw them live (Lollapalooza), I hated it .
