Wal-Mart is a shitty company. Because they buy in such high volume they can dictate how a company manufactures a product. Since Wal-Mart demands a cheap price, companies cut corners in the manufacturing, like using cheaper components. Wal-Mart also lobbies hard to bribe our politicians to let Chinese made goods come in here tarif free; even when, it can be proven the Chinese are dumping products at below cost, to kill off what little US manufacturing still exists.

China is planning on invading Taiwan in a few years and has a huge list of human rights abuses. China is no longer communist but socialist. The current level of cocky nationalism in China reminds me of Nazi Germany. It's not if we go to war with them but when. China is stealing our technology, using the greed of our corporate leaders and politicians to kill off our manufacturing ability, and building a huge military machine just like Hitler did.

Companies like Wal-Mart only weaken our national security position by letting the Chinese put American manufactures out of business and increase our huge trade deficite. It should be called Chinese Junk Mart.

Fucking garbage...I hate that company. I'm sad to say I worked for them for about six months when I was younger...worked my balls off for the whole store as a "stock-person" :rolleyes: while everybody else that got hired on for the same job I did fucked off all the time...I was always running around, finishing up their work...watched as all three of them got promoted within 2 months...they left me as the SOLE person to cover the ENTIRE store for four months straight, 6 days a week, 12 hours a day (I guess during the time I wasn't there, people actually had to go get their own shit for a change).

I finally got so sick of it, I asked for either a raise or a promotion to an actual department, or at least some real relief, not just who they might have run the floors for a few hours on the weekends (which they only did when they absolutely NEEDED to and I couldn't be everywhere at once) - their response was to fire me for "insubordination" (meaning, of course, I couldn't get unemployment due to what they called "misconduct", regardless of whether or not my 2 performance reviews were exemplary). I tried anyway, and they made up so much bullshit it would have made your head spin...all of a sudden, overnight, I'd went from "outstanding employee" to "lazy worker, insubordinate, prone to violent outbursts of temper and profanity" and the other employees "felt threatened by bueno bob's continued presence on the worksite" and many "had cited him specifically as reason for them quitting due to their fear of his flagrantly violent temper"...all of which was, of course, a bunch of fucking bullshit in order to not pay me unemployment.

Real fuckin' nice company to work for, let me tell ya.

Hell yes. Boycott the fucking CRAP out of Wal-Mart.
